San Francisco Bay

San Francisco

I took these photographs back in 1992 on a film camera while on our honeymoon. I have always had a spot in my heart for San Francisco. It is a special city that has everything you would ever want. Good food, great people and a feeling of community that runs throughout the region. If you haven’t been there, make a point to visit.

Chinatown in the afternoon – 1992

Chinatown, the Wharf, Ghiradelli Square, Nob Hill. They are all great places to walk and take in the beauty of the city and Northern California.

Coit Tower, Telegraph Hill – 1992

“You wouldn’t think such a place as San Francisco could exist. The wonderful sunlight here, the hills, the great bridges, the Pacific at your shoes. Beautiful Chinatown. Every race in the world. The sardine fleets sailing out. The little cable-cars whizzing down The City hills… And all the people are open and friendly.” – Dylan Thomas
